    AGENDA Introductions Presentation on Goal Setting Methodology: The presentation will show contracting opportunities planned by the City’s RoadRUNNER Transit Section in FY2021 through FY2023 that involve Federal Transit Administration (FTA) funding. The methodology for arriving at the DBE goal will be presented and business firms have the opportunity to provide input and ask questions. Prime contractors and subcontractors including those who are registered DBE’s with the State of New Mexico, and who may be involved in the proposed federally funded projects are encouraged to attend.
