Beginning at 2 a.m. Monday, November 15, contractors will start work at the new adoption center to begin pouring concrete. The City would like to offer residents and businesses in the area a courtesy notice that there may be bright lights and loud noises beginning at that time. Several cement trucks will be entering and emptying concrete to form the east side floor slab of the main building.
