A request for approval of an Infill Development Process (IDP) application by Souder, Miller & Associates on behalf of LC Land LLC, property owner, for a subdivision known as Park Ridge Medical Center Replat No. 2.  Tract C encompasses 75.03 + acres, is zoned R-1a (Single-Family Medium Density) and is located on the east side of Solano Drive, north of Apodaca Park, South of N. Main Street, adjacent to Mercy Street and Legacy Drive.  The subdivision proposes Tract C to be divided into three tracts (tract C1, Tract C2, and Tract C3) for tax and finance purposes.  There will be no development permitted with the proposed subdivisionCouncil District 1.
