Capital Improvements Advisory Committee Agenda
 
The following Agenda will be considered at a regular meeting of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee to be held, December 16, 2021, at 1:30pm, at the Utilities Center, Conference Room 225, located at 680 N. Motel Boulevard.

Conflict of Interest:

At the opening of each meeting, the Chairperson shall ask if any member on the Committee or any member of the City staff has any known conflict of interest with any item on the agenda.

  1. Public Safety Impact Fee Study Update by Chief Jason Smith.
  2. Parks and Recreation Impact Fee Expenditures by Cathy Mathews.
  3. Update on the City of Las Cruces vs the State of New Mexico Seven Year Spending Restrictions pertaining to the Development Code by Liam Beasley.

Action:

  1. Vote to Approve 2022 Meeting Dates.
  2. Discuss the 2019 and 2020 CIAC Annual Reports and ask for Volunteer or Assign a CIAC Member to write and submit to CIAC for review and discussion at the next meeting prior to submitting to the City Manager.
