A request for approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) for a new wireless communication structure for a property zoned C-2 (Commercial Medium Intensity) and located at 3115 N. Main Street. The applicant is seeking to construct a new 38-foot tall wireless communication structure, and its associated equipment, that will also serve as a light pole within the existing parking area of the existing commercial business/shopping center. A request for approval of a final site plan known as La Hacienda de Las Lomas for a property encompassing 4.69 + acres, creating 3-single-family residential lots and located south of Morning Star Drive, north of Sedona Hills Parkway, west side of Montecito Court within the Las Alamedas Master Plan. Submitted by Souder, Miller and Associates, representative on behalf of Grupo Hacienda LLC, property owner. Council District 6.
