The following Agenda will be considered at a regular meeting of the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee to be held,
October 21, 2021, at 1:30pm, at the Utilities Center, Board Room 225, located at 680 N. Motel Boulevard.

Conflict of Interest:

At the opening of each meeting, the Chairperson shall ask if any member on the Committee or any member of the City staff has any known conflict of interest with any item on the agenda.

A. CIAC Roles and Responsibilities Overview by Robert Cabello.

B. Open Meetings Act Overview by Robert Cabello.

Action:

A. Ask for Volunteer or Assign a CIAC Member to write the 2020 CIAC Annual Report and submit to CIAC for review and discussion at the next meeting prior to submitting to the City Manager.

B. Accept CIAC Member Nominations and Vote for Chair and Vice-Chair.
