Board of Commissioners for the City of Las Cruces Utilities Agenda
The following Agenda will be considered at a regular meeting of the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Las Cruces Utilities to be held Thursday, October 10, 2019, at 3:30 p.m., at the Utilities Center, located at 680 N. Motel Boulevard, in Board Room 225.
Conflict of Interest
At the opening of each meeting, the Chairperson shall ask if any member on the Board or any member of the City staff has any known conflict of interest with any item on the agenda.
Resolution 16-17-124B: A Resolution Recommending Approval of AQUAHAWK/UTILITYHAWK'S Customer Web Portal as Provided for in Resolution 16-17-124A, Energy Savings Performance Contract, and Authorize Staff to Proceed with Implementation of This Software Solution.
Resolution 19-20-047: A Resolution Approving a Sole Source Price Agreement for Bioxide Plus 71 to EVOQUA Water Technologies, LLC., of Sarasota, Florida, in an Amount Not to Exceed $91,220.00 Per Year for One (1) Year with the Option of Three (3) Additional One (1) Year Renewals Subject to Approved Budget Appropriations and Annual Renewal for the Use in Controlling Corrosion and Odor in the City's Wastewater Collection Systems.
Resolution 19-20-LCU009: A Resolution Authorizing Las Cruces Utilities Staff to Make Administrative Revisions and Add New Language to the "Bill Adjustments" Schedule, which is Part of the Las Cruces Utilities Billing and Service Regulations Tariff.

Resolution 19-20-LCU007: A Resolution Approving an Amendment to Resolution 11-12-006 to Increase the Limits of Atmospheric Hydrogen Sulfide for the Administrative Charges Associated with the Exceedance of Hydrogen Sulfide Limits for the Las Cruces Publicly Owned Treatment Works.
