A request for approval of a non-administrative replat known as Baltierrez Tracts for three properties encompassing 0.5013 ± acres, zoned R-2 (Medium Density Residential District) and located 512 N. Manzanita Street, 627 and 639 E. Hadley Avenue. The proposed replat will subdivide the existing three lots into four new lots.
