Public Notice-30 Day Public Comment Period

The City of Las Cruces is developing a new Consolidated Plan for all activities that are funded by the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). This plan will cover the HUD Program Years 2021-2025, which corresponds with City Fiscal Years 2022- 2026. 

This document will include the First Year Action Plan for Program Year 2021. This part details how the City plans to allocate it's HUD grant funds from July 1, 2021 - June 30, 2022.

The document also includes the Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice.

Public Input Needed

The City needs your input about about how to spend the federal housing and community development funds it will receive during the next five years (2021 - 2025). Activities must generally benefit low and moderate income persons.
