This program addresses community needs related to affordable housing, public services funding, and public infrastructure improvements intended to improve the lives of low and moderate-income residents and neighborhoods of the community. All Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded programs comply with the City’s Consolidated Plan.
The Home Rehabilitation program assists low to moderate-income homeowners to bring their homes up to current codes and standards. The Mobile Home Ramp program assists disabled, low-income occupants to get a wheelchair ramp for their mobile home.
