BOOKS MY MAIL  

Thomas Branigan Memorial Library offers Books by Mail service to residents living in outlying areas and to patrons who are homebound. Users must be registered with Books by Mail to receive this service.

To sign up for this service, please email the Circulation Department at (575) 528-4010.

NOTARY

Please call the reference desk at (575) 528-4005 for Notary Service requirements and to confirm availability.

PHOTOCOPIES

  • 10 cents per page
  • Coins or single dollar bills accepted
  • Copies are black and white only

PRINTING AND SCANNING

  • 10 cents per page
  • Coins or single dollar bills accepted
  • Printing is black and white only
  • Wireless printing is available for smartphones, tablets and laptops. Click here for more information on Wireless Printing.
  • Document scanning is available in the computer lab, Scanning is free of charge.

PROCTORING

It is the student’s responsibility to understand the Library’s Proctoring Guidelines and ensure that all proctoring requirements can be met. Arrangements must be made with the Reference Department by calling 575-528-4005 at least 48 hours in advance. Students must complete a Proctoring Request Form and return it to the Reference Desk for each exam to be proctored.

INTERLIBRARY LOAN

*NOTICE: Because of libraries across the country being closed due to the COVID-19 virus, the Interlibrary Loan service is not being offered at this time.

If the library does not own a book or you need a specific article from a magazine or journal the library does not own, you can request the items from Interlibrary Loan.
