Public Information Office

Public Information Officer (PIO) Dan Trujillo is the primary liaison between the department and the news media. The PIO works closely with investigators and officers to provide information to the news media about incidents or operations that are of importance to the general public, or vital information that may potentially prevent or solve crimes. News releases sent to media outlets can be seen on our News page.
