Ratepayer Advisory Committee (RAC)
The Ratepayer Advisory Committee (RAC) is an ad-hoc Board appointed by the City Council to represent the residential and small commercial City Utility customers in the upcoming rate case. The RAC will serve as an intervenor in the rate case. Residential and small commercial customers should contact the RAC if they have questions regarding the proposed water and wastewater rates.
