The Project Development Section develops a project from a concept to a finished project.  Projects include the design of roadway, street lighting, traffic signals, storm drain, water, wastewater, and natural gas systems.  This includes the preparation of the project plans and specifications that describe the required work; ensure that City Design Standards are being followed while developing the project; and sharing of information with the public by conducting meetings and making presentations.
