Meeting was called to order by Mrs. McFie, President, the following ladies being present.

Report of Treasure was read showing receipts to be ... $250.15; indebtedness ... $255.65. Moved by Mrs. Dawson seconded by Mrs. Raymond that $15.00 be charged for use of hearse outside of Las Cruces and $8.00 for Las Cruces without grave dug, or $10.00 with it. Unanimously agreed.

Moved by Mrs. Dawson, seconded by Mi?s Frenger that we incorporate at once. President appointed Mrs. Dawson and Llewellyn to draw up By-Laws.

Moved by Mrs. Dawson sec. by Mrs. Raymond that we invite others to join and that 15 be limit of membership, 8 being a quorum. Unanimous.

It was then decided to give a ball July 4th to raise funds.
