MEMORANDUM:

The Cantonment Hospital is prepared to treat civilian employees of the Quartermaster's Department at 6:50 am and 4:30 p.m. daily.
Officers under whom civilian employees are working will, when an employee desires medical attendance, provide him with an indentification slip, giving his name and place at which he works, and requesting that medical attendance be provided.
