MEMORANDUM for all Organization Commanders at Base:

It has been proposed to have a Christmas Tree for children of the garrison of Camp Furlong and the Base of Communications at Columbus, and that a small token be given to each sick soldier and civilian in hospital at these camps.

In order that the details of this general plan may be worked out, it is desidered that you submit a list on or before December 15th, stating name, age and sex of each child pertaining to any member of your organization. Upon receipt of this infromation a list will be sent to members of this command requesting small subscriptions to carry out the plan.
