Tomorrow, Thursday November 30, 1916, being "Thanksgiving Day," all business, pertaining to Quartermaster Corps, at this Base, excepting emergency, will be suspended. The Principal Clerks of division and branches of the Of-fice will detail a sufficient number of Clerks to meet emergency calls.
