Three City Museums Announce New Hours of Operation
June brought new operating hours at the Branigan Cultural Center, Museum of Art, and the Las Cruces Railroad Museum. The hours were in response to the public's request for more family-friendly activities on Saturdays.
BCC and MOA are now open to the public Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm and will be closed to the public Sunday and Monday. RRM continues to be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday but with expanded hours from 9am to 4:30pm.
All three museums have planed formal and drop-in activities for Saturdays throughout the summer such as:
Branigan Cultural Center will serve as the new host for the popular Dona Ana Arts Council program, Magic Carpet Story Time. Story Time is held weekly on Saturdays from 11:30pm to noon.
Family Game Days will be held at the Railroad Museum on the second Saturday of each month from 10am to 1pm. Families are invited to stop in and play turn-of-the century games.
