Codes Enforcement
(575) 528-4100
The Codes Enforcement Section focuses on nuisances, which essentially
interfere with the comfortable enjoyment of life and property, or tends
to depreciate the value of the property of others. Codes
awareness also focuses on the importance of having a clean attractive
and environmentally safe residence. The key to the success of the
program will depend on the citizens of Las Cruces. Compliance is
necessary to promote the health, safety, and economic growth and
development of your community.

ecourages people who know about crimes or about people who have
committed crimes to call and give Crime Stoppers details. Crime
Stoppers offers rewards to people who call. People remain
anonymous when they call. We do not know who you are.
