Community Meetings

A Community Meeting in conjunction with Las Esperanzas has been scheduled for September 1, 2009 from 6:00 to 8:00 at the East Side Community Center located at 310 N. Tornillo.

The Community Meeting will be co-sponsored by the association, Safe Haven & Weed and Seed and Police Department.
The meeting will be facilitated by me and co-facilitated by Mr. David Chavez(President-Las Esperanzas). 
The general format for the meeting will be 6:00 to 7:30 open community meeting and 7:30 to 8:00 will be a short association
Meeting.

General Topics for the meeting will be:

1. Weed and Seed activities to date:
2. Weed and Seed steering committee member interest and application
3. Crime activity within the community.
4. Q & A for police and Weed and Seed
5. LE Assn activities presentation
6. Q & A for Las Esperanzas

7:30 turn over meeting to Mr. Chavez for Assn Board meeting (open to public)
