Second Annual Flag Football Tournament - Monday, November 24, 2008
The City of Las Cruces is currently holding registration until January 7, 2009 for the 2nd annual Las Cruces Gridiron Classic 4-on-4 Flag Football Tournament. Registration is being held at Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley.

City of Las Cruces Hosts a Walking Tour of University Avenue - Monday, November 24, 2008
The City of Las Cruces will host a walking tour of University Avenue on Tuesday, December 2nd from 10:00 am to 11:30 am. The tour will begin in front of the Toucan Market, 1701 East University in the Pan Am Plaza and move west to the intersection of Main Street and University.

Most City of Las Cruces offices will be closed next Thursday, November 27th and Friday, November 28th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. However, emergency services such as fire and police will be unaffected.
