How To Pay Your Bill
Pay in person
- Our cashiers accept cash, checks, money orders and
Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
- Located at City Hall, 200 N. Church St.
- Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM
- Drive-up window: 8 AM to 5 PM
- You can also pay, Landfill use fees, Airport fees, Rio Grande
Natural Gas bills, Transfer station fees and RoadRUNNER Transit
passes.
Pay online with our ePay system
- Use our online ePay system. This secure web application accepts
payments by all major credit cards. Try
it now.
Pay by Telephone with Link2Gov Service
- You may now pay your City Utility Bill by phone. Simply connect
to the City's utility call pay service by dialing 1-866-426-9757 and
follow the directions provided. The 24-hour service accepts American
Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. This service is available
in English and Spanish.
Pay by electronic banking
- Your bank might offer this service. It is convenient and secure.
Your payment will be deducted from your checking or savings account.
Consult your bank and inquire about this service.
Utility Payment Draft Pay by Direct Debit
- You may now have your payment debit directly from your checking account. You will need to come into the Customer Service Department, bring in a void check.
Fill out a draft card with your bank's name, customer bank account, mailing address, utility account number and a customer signature. The payment will be draft 7 to 10 days after the billing date.

Pay by post mail
- Your bill arrives by mail and includes a self-addressed envelope
to make your payment by check or money order.
