Dial-a-Ride is offered for seniors and individuals that fall under the American With Diabilities Act.

Customer Service is available at 541.2500; Monday through Friday; 8 am -- 5 pm; located at 300 West Lohman Avenue.

RoadRUNNER Transit provides two types of transportation for the citizens of Las Cruces. One mode of transportation is the fixed route system consisting of a fleet of 30- foot transit buses that transport individuals from a specific bus stop or transfer point to another within the City of Las Cruces. The other form of transportation available is Dial-a-Ride paratransit. This form of transportation is operated by a fleet of smaller van styled vehicles. Dial-a-Ride is offered for seniors and individuals that fall under the American With Diabilities Act. Each of these modes of public transportation offered by RoadRUNNER Transit are ADA Accessible.

Along with the City's fixed route and paratransit systems are other modes of transportation to various areas in southern New Mexico and El Paso. The South Central Regional Transit District (SCRTD) offers routes connecting Las Cruces to communities throughout southern Doña Ana County include Anthony, Sunland Park, and Chaparral. Z-Trans offers transportation to and from Alamogordo and many points within and beyond Alamogordo. Finally, the New Mexico Department of Transportation offers a Gold Route that travels to and from El Paso with several stops in between. Our state of the art facility is equipped with restrooms, comfortable waiting area, vending machines and a customer service information desk.
