The United States Department of Transportation's (USDOT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program seeks to ensure non-discrimimination in the award and admiminstration of of USDOT-assisted contracts in the Department's highway, transit, and airport financial assistance programs and to create a level playing field on which DBEs can compete fairly for USDOT-assisted contracts.

As a recipient of financial assistance throught the USDOT Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the City of Las Cruces is committed to the DBE program and encourages DBE participation when RoadRUNNER Transit contracting opportunities are announced.

2018-2020 DBE Goal for FTA

The City of Las Cruces/RoadRUNNER Transit has established an overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for 2018-2020 of 0.0% for applicable contracts using funding assistance from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
