Suggest a Teen Book Purchase

To suggest a book that the library should purchase for the Young Adult Collection, please complete the information below. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Please do not request Best Sellers as they are automatically ordered. Titles that have been published two (2) or more years ago should be requested using the Interlibrary Loan form.

Final selection is up to the Young Adult Librarian and availability of funds.
