Dusk to Dusk: Unsettled, Unraveled, Unreal to Open at the Museum of Art 2019

Come to the Museum of Art, 491 N. Main St., from Friday, February 1, 2019, through Saturday, March 30, 2019, for Dusk to Dusk: Unsettled, Unraveled, Unreal, an exhibit organized by the Samek Art Gallery at Bucknell University. The exhibit is curated by Richard Rinehart, director of the Samek Gallery, with woks loaned from The Ekard Collection.

Dusk to Dusk explores human angst during the point of transition between the 20th and 21st centuries. The exhibit consists of 37 works by 28 artists who turn a mirror into the world and explore psychological references, balance and intimacy, political repression, as well as other topics in an age when people are singular, yet collective, beings.

The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Tuesday through Friday, and from 9 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Saturday. For information, visit the City’s Museums System website or call 575/541-2137.
