Live Streaming of National Police Week Ceremony in Las Cruces 2018

A ceremony to commemorate National Police Week in Las Cruces will be conducted from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, May 18, in Council Chambers at City Hall, 700 N. Main St. Las Cruces Police Chief Patrick Gallagher will be the guest speaker.

The ceremony will be streamed live at CLCTV.com, https://www.facebook.com/CityofLasCruces/ and televised live on Comcast cable channel 20 in Las Cruces.

Established by a joint resolution of Congress in 1962, National Police Week pays special recognition to law enforcement officers who have lost their lives in the line of duty for the safety and protection of others. National Police Week is a collaborative effort of many organizations dedicated to honoring America’s law enforcement community.

This year, National Police Week began Sunday, May 13 and will end Saturday, May 19.
