Apodaca Blueprint: Concept Plan Survey 2018

Residents, property owners, and business owners are invited to participate in the second online public survey regarding reinvestment in, and the revitalization of, neighborhoods adjacent to Apodaca Park. The online“concept plan” survey asks participants to provide their thoughts on concept plans being prepared for the former Las Cruces Country Club site, and the City-owned Villa Mora property.

The Apodaca Blueprint was initiated by City Council Resolution 18-032 on September 18, 2017. The public was invited to help prepare conceptual site plans for key properties within the Apodaca Blueprint planning area during a design workshop held between January 8 and 12, 2018.
