Apodaca Blueprint Report Available for Public Viewing 2018
A draft of the Apodaca Blueprint report is available for public viewing on the project website via the“Reports” page at: http://www.apodacablueprint.com/documents/reports/
The Apodaca Blueprint was initiated by the City to promote neighborhood vitality and investment to the east and southeast of Apodaca Park, and to explore land use and development options on the former Las Cruces Country Club and Villa Mora properties. Beginning in October 2017, the report has been prepared over a six-month period, and incorporated a series of public participation activities including: stakeholder meetings, public open houses, a multi-day design workshop, and on-line surveys and maps.
The Apodaca Blueprint report is being submitted to the Las Cruces Planning and Zoning Commission for consideration at a special meeting at 6 p.m. on May 1, and for adoption by City Council at the May 7 meeting that begins at 1 p.m.
Interested residents are encouraged to view upcoming commission and council agendas via the “Open Meeting and Public Records” portal on the City of Las Cruces website at: http://www.las-cruces.org/government.
