A “New Year’s Traditions” Program at Branigan Library 2017

The public is invited to the 4th Wednesday Happenings,“New Year’s Traditions” program at 2 p.m. Dec. 27, in the Roadrunner Room of Thomas Branigan Memorial Library, 200 E. Picacho Ave.

New Year’s traditions vary around the world, but the spirit of welcoming the New Year is a fun-filled event. We will discuss some New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day traditions from around the world. If you have any traditions, sayings or recipes you would like to share, please bring them. It will be a fun way to reminisce and share family traditions and maybe even start some new ones.
