Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 5:30pm
Friday: 7:30am to 12:30pm
Saturday and Sunday: Closed
The Municipal Court follows the Las Cruces Public School emergency closures. In the event of an emergency closure, all court proceedings will be rescheduled and due dates extended by the time of closure (for example: If the court closed for 2 days due to weather, your payment or ticket due date would be extended for 2 business days.).
