News about Route Changes: (last update 4/6/12)

Additional Route 20 changes (4/1/12) - Bus stop #1 on Main Street near the Wells Fargo Tower has been permanently closed.

Route 20 Changes!!  (effective Wednesday September 7, 2011).  Route 20 will serve the Union Avenue area only once each hour at approximate 40 minutes after the hour.  This route leaves the Central Transfer Point at 30 minutes after the hour.  After travelling south on El Paseo, the bus will turn right (west) on University Avenue and proceed to Main Street, turn south to Union, and back the University Avenue.  Bus stops 37, 38, 39 40, 41, 42, 43, and 44 will be served at this time.  When the route returns to University Avenue, it will turn right (east) and resume the regular route.  Route 20 leaves the Mesilla Valley Mall on each hour.  When the bus get to University Avenue and El Paseo it will turn right (north) to the Central Transfer Point.  This route will NOT serve the Union Avenue area on the trip from Mesilla Valley Mall to the Central Transfer Point.  Bus stops 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 will be closed until further notice.  RoadRUNNER Transit regrets any inconveniences experienced by our customers with this modification.  The change is necessary because unexpectedly heavy traffic and ridership along this route are causing the route to routinely fall behind schedule.  Click to see map of changes or a list of bus stops.

Route 40/50 Detour 5/16/12 :  This Route is operating normailly.

Route 60 adjustment: There has been a slight adjustment of Route 60 to improve the timeliness of the route.  On the trip from Mesilla Valley Mall to downtown, the route will use La Fonda Drive between Idaho and Missouri.  On the return trip, the route will continue to use Triviz as it has always done.  NO BUS STOPS OR TIME SCHEDULES ARE AFFECTED BY THIS CHANGE. Click here to see a map of the adjustment.

The DACC Shuttle will be at  Mountain View Medical Center at 50 minutes after each hour between 6:30 a.m. and 7:00 p.m on days that the Shuttle is in operation - Please use this bus for connections between the Mesilla Valley Mall and the hospital.
