DBE Program

The United States Department of Transportation's (USDOT) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program seeks to ensure non-discrimimination in the award and admiminstration of of USDOT-assisted contracts in the Department's highway, transit, and airport financial assistance programs and to create a level playing field on which DBEs can compete fairly for USDOT-assisted contracts.

As a recipient of financial assistance throught the USDOT Federal Transit Administration (FTA), the City of Las Cruces is committed to the DBE program and encourages DBE participation when RoadRUNNER Transit contracting opportunities are announced.
