Report Graffiti
Prompt reporting of graffiti initiates the abatement process. Graffiti reported at this link will initiate a report by a LCPD Codes Enforcement Officer who begins the abatement process.
Graffiti Removal and Restoration
Immediate removal -- within 24-48 hours -- is one key to successful graffiti prevention. Checkout the Graffiti Hurts website at this link for recommendations for removal and restoration of vandalized surfaces.
Mural Program
KLCB works with the Juvenile Citation Program and other community groups to place murals in high graffiti locations. In 2010 KLCB placed five murals in the community. Locations with community murals experience very low repeat cases of graffiti. Checkout the link to see many of the City's murals.
