LIBBY the Dog
LIBBY is the LCPD Codes Enforcement/Keep Las Cruces Beautiful service dog. LIBBY is an acronym for Las Cruces Is Beautiful Because of You, which highlights our mission to engage our citizens to take personal responsibility for Las Cruces.
She is a highly engaging partner for Codes/KLCB. She is actively involved in our educational outreach in schools including Recycle Pep Assemblies, visits to after school programs and visits to classrooms as a part of our prevention education outreach to young people.
