City of Las Cruces:

The new signals at the intersection of Amador Avenue and Melendres Street will be in flash. Access to residents and businesses will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed through the construction zone and should proceed with caution.

From Red Hawk Golf Road to Sonoma Ranch Blvd will be closed to through traffic. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed and follow detours around the construction zone.

From Valley Drive to Circle Drive will be closed to through traffic. Access to residents will be maintained at all times. Motorists will be asked to decrease speed through the construction zone and should proceed with caution.

El Paso Projects – Go 10/Border West Expressway

Interstates:

traffic cone standing up I-25, Mile Marker 41 to 58.29, Hatch

FNF Construction, INC. (Contractor) continues with roadway rehabilitation operations along I-25. Traffic will encounter slow moving traffic as well as lane closures throughout the project for finalization. Hours of operation will be from 5:00 am to 7:00 pm. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2017.

Amec Foster Wheeler (Contractor) will have lane closures on I-25 southbound from mile post 1 (University Park/NMSU) to 2 for road maintenance. Speed limit will be reduced to 65 MPH. Hours of operation will be from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Construction closures are expected to be completed November 10th.

Hasse Construction (Contractor) will continue with bridge repairs on NM 1 mile post 57.3. Interstate traffic will encounter intermittent lane closures while the work is being performed. Hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Saturday.



traffic cone laying down I-25, Mile Marker 154 to 157.839, Lemitar

Mountain States Constructors, Inc. (Contractor) is continuing with bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction on Interstate 25 in Socorro Co. Interstate traffic is now detoured off of the northbound lane and onto the southbound lane encountering temporary wall barrier along the detour. A 12’ width restriction will be in effect throughout the project. Hours of operation will be from 6:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2018.


traffic cone standing up I-10, Mile Marker 92 to 94, Deming

La Calerita Construction (Contractor) will have intermittent lane closures on the westbound passing and driving lanes for concrete barrier wall repairs. Intermittent closures are expected throughout the week. The closure will be Monday through Friday and lifted daily at approximately 5:00 pm.


traffic cone laying down I-10, Mile Marker 124 to 120, Las Cruces

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) along with G2i Construction (Contractor) will have lane closures on I-10 westbound from mile post 124 to mile post 120 for barrier wall maintenance at the U.S. Border Patrol Check Station. Speed limit will be reduced to 55 MPH. Hours of operation will be from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm. Construction lane closures are expected to be completed November 22nd.



US Roadways:

traffic cone standing up US 70, N Main, Solano, 3 Crosses, Mile Markers 149.2 to 149.5, Las Cruces

AUI, Inc. (Contractor) is currently performing roadway Reconstruction, Lighting and Signalization operations on US 70 / Solano Dr. / 3 Crosses Ave. / N Main St. Currently all traffic is on the southbound lanes of Main Street and northbound lanes are closed for construction. Three Crosses is in it new configuration with all active traffic in the eastbound lanes. Spitz and Solano have all active traffic on the southbound lanes as the northbound lanes are closed for construction. Construction will be from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, 5 days a week. Construction is scheduled to be completed by fall 2018.




traffic cone laying down US 70, Mile Marker 162 to 170, Organ Pass

Mountain States Contractors, Inc. (Contractor) continues with roadway rehabilitation operations along US 70 in Dona Ana Co. Traffic will encounter lane closures intermittently with eastbound and westbound exits closed off to all traffic as needed. The closure will be in effect Monday through Friday; from 7:00 am to 5:30 pm. Construction is expected to be completed by fall 2017.




traffic cone standing up US 180, Mile Marker 47.4 to 164.4, Cliff, Silver City, Deming

San Bar Construction (Contractor) continues with signing and post replacement project along US 180, starting at the intersection of US 180 and NM 159 (Mogollon turn off) and will progress southbound along US 180. Traffic will encounter a flagging operation at times while work is being performed in areas with no shoulder. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm. Construction is expected to be completed by winter 2017. The contractor is working in the Silver City area.

State Roadways:


traffic cone laying down NM 136” Pete V Dominici Hwy”, Mile Marker 0.448 to 9.168, Sunland Park

FNF Construction, INC. (Contractor) will begin roadway reconstruction, roadway rehabilitation, bridge rehabilitation, signalization & lighting along NM 136 the Pete V Domenici Intl Hwy. Traffic will encounter lane closures as well as detours with an 11’ width restriction will be in effect throughout the project. The first detour will be in place form NM 9 “Columbus Hwy” to St. Francis Drive with the driving lane closed; this could make travel into the port more congested. Contractor hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday, traffic control shall remain in place 24 hours a day 7 days a week.




traffic cone standing up NM 90/Hudson Street Bridge, Silver City

Interstate Highway Construction (IHC) (Contractor) will be performing finalized joint repairs and sand sealing of the bridge throughout the weekend and into next week, estimated time for repairs will be 10 days. The contractor will utilize single lane closures with reduced speed during operations. Please call the Project Office (575)544-6561 with any questions or to confirm any wide loads during construction.




traffic cone laying down NM 498 “Racetrack Drive” Mile Marker 0.600 to 0.900, Sunland Park

Hasse Contracting Co., Inc. (Contractor) will begin bridge replacement and roadway reconstruction. NM 498 will be closed during construction. All traffic will be detoured to Sunland Park Drive, Futurity Drive and NM 273 (McNutt Road). Hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. Construction is scheduled to be completed by summer 2018.




traffic cone standing up NM 138 “Tortugas Drive” Mile Marker 0.038 to .0564, Las Cruces

Smith & Aguirre (Contractor) continues with the Roadway Reconstruction on NM 138. Traffic will encounter lane closures and possible flagging operations during working hours. Hours of operation are from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, and 7:00 am to Noon on Saturday. Construction is expected to be completed by winter 2017.

Kiewit (Contractor) continues with roadway reconstruction and storm drain culvert installation operations. Work operations have moved off the roadway to the shoulders; motorists are still asked to decrease speed through the construction zone and should proceed with caution watching for equipment and workers in the area. Hours of operation will be from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, daily. Construction is expected to be completed by winter 2017.

Hasse Construction (Contractor) will continue with bridge repairs. Traffic will encounter a closure of the bridge on NM 1, detour in place. Hours of operation will be from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, closure only in effect on November 6th.




Chip Sealing – Las Cruces and Dona Ana County:

The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) will be performing “Chip Sealing” operations in Dona Ana Co. Speed limit will be reduced, no center stripe and loose gravel on roadway, striping to begin in November. Traffic will encounter lane drops with pilot car and flagging operations.
