Summer Specialty Camps Registration (Revised) 2017
The City of Las Cruces Parks & Recreation Department will hold registration for Summer Specialty Camps beginning Monday, April 17, until filled, at the following locations during normal hours of operation:
- Parks and Recreation Administrative office, 1501 E. Hadley Ave. – Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and Fridays, 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
- Frank O’Brien Papen Community Center, 304 W. Bell Ave. – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Meerscheidt Recreation Center, 1600 E. Hadley Ave. – Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturdays, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

All camps hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to noon. The cost is $50 per participant. Various camps are offered for ages 5 through 15 starting June 12 and ending Aug. 4. Camp dates and age groups are:
Get Real-Get Fit Challenge June 12 – 16 Ages 9-15
Soccer Camp June 26 – 30 Ages 6-12
Volleyball Camp July 10 – 14 Ages 10-14
Basketball Camp July 31 – August 4 Ages 6-12
All camps will focus on designated sports and specialties, emphasizing specific fundamentals including skill orientation, technique, teamwork, and fun!
No telephone registrations accepted. Acceptable payment methods are cash, check, cashier’s check, money orders, traveler’s checks, debit cards and major credit cards (VISA, Discover or Master Card). Online transactions accept debit and major credit cards only. Space is limited and provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.
