The planning activities conducted by the Las
Cruces Community Development Department are based on the City of
Las Cruces Development Code.
The links to the right will take you to the
unabridged versions of the Zoning and Subdivision Codes, Design
Standards and other ordinances related to planning, zoning and
building construction.
The Zoning Code (Chapter 38) is
now available. Contact James White at (575) 528-3120 for questions regarding
the Zoning Code. Please be advised that Articles V and VI are large files, 5.5 and 3.5 Mb respectively, and may need require additional time to open or download.
