Statement of Zoning

If you are interested in knowing the zoning for your property a Statement of Zoning may be obtained from the Community Development Department.  Property zoning may also be viewed at Online Zoning and Property Map.

To obtain a Statement of Zoning, please submit a completed Statement of Zoning Request form to the Community Development Department. With the request, include a survey, a map reflecting the property, a legal description indicating the subdivision, block and lot, or similar information is needed to clearly identify the property in which you wish to verify the zoning. Members of the Community Development Department at the front desk counter area will assist you in determining the zoning and preparing a Statement of Zoning that identifies the zoning and any conditions that may be placed on the property.
