The Community Development Department
addresses all subdivision issues, including infill development,
street name verification and addresses. Master planning,
preliminary plat, final plats, replats, annexations and
vacations are all processed through the Subdivision
Administrator. Street name changes and addressing are other
functions performed as well. Consider the following in
addressing your needs.
Subdivision Process: The

Subdivision Fees: A fee
schedule outlining all fees associated with the subdividing of
land in the City and ETZ.
Street Naming: Information
pertaining to how to designate or change the name of a street.
Addressing: Information
pertaining to how to designate or change the addressing of
property.
Meeting
Schedules and Submittal Deadline Dates: Both Board of
Adjustment and Planning and Zoning Commission meeting schedules
and deadline dates are provided.
