Fire Prevention Services: After Hours Inspection Fees.
Inspections, re-inspections, plan reviews, or associated services requested outside of normal business hours from the Fire Prevention Service shall be charged a fee as follows:
Request inspection outside of normal business hours - $30 per hour, per employee.
This cost shall include supervision, overhead, equipment, hourly wages and fringe benefits of one (1) employee involved. This shall include travel time, with a minimum charge of two hours.
Fee Schedule for unapproved or nonpermitted work which result in violation(s) to the Las Cruces Zoning Code.
Whenever construction work is completed either without the issuance of a building permit or has gone beyond the scope of an approved plan resulting in violations to the Las Cruces Zoning Code, the following fee will be assessed in order to process the necessary variance request to be heard before the Board of Adjustment. Variance requests will not be accepted until payment of the assessed fee has been received in full.
