Introduction
The CDBG Public Services program is designed to serve city
residents that are low-income or moderate-income U.S. Citizens or
documented immigrants.
Grants may be given to agencies that provide public services including, but not
limited to, those concerned with employment, crime prevention,
child care, health, drug abuse, education, fair housing
counseling, energy conservation and recreational needs for city
residents. Funding may be used for labor, supplies, and materials.
