Home Rehabilitation Program

Q. Does the Home Rehabilitation Program provide service to mobile homes?

A. No, the Program provides rehabilitation assistance to site built homes.

Q:  Where am I on the waiting list?

A:  Call anyone in the Home Rehab program and we will tell you. Phone #'s are: 528-3094, 528-3177, 528-3027

Q:  How long does it take for my house to be repaired once I am on the waiting list?

A:  The length of the waiting list varies, but the waiting time is usually 6-10 months. Most construction projects are finished within 90 days.

Q. Who does the rehabilitation work and is it guaranteed?

A. The work is done by qualified contractors who submit their bids through a negotiated bidding process.  The contractor must guarantee his/her work for a period of one year from the date of completion.
