built homes.

Q: How long
does it take for my house to be repaired once I am on the waiting
list?
A: The length of the waiting list varies, but the waiting time is usually 6-10 months. Most
construction projects are finished within 90 days.
Q. Who does the rehabilitation work and is it guaranteed?
A. The work is done by qualified contractors who submit their
bids through a negotiated bidding process. The contractor must
guarantee his/her work for a period of one year from the date of
