The Development Services Section is responsible for is responsible for ensuring that development of land is done in accordance with adopted Codes and Ordinances. Consider the following areas to address your needs.
Zoning: Information about how to change the zone on your property, obtain a Special Use Permit or Statement of Zoning, development standards and other provisions of the Zoning Code.
Subdivisions: How to subdivide, vacate, or replat land within the City of Las Cruces or the Extra-Territorial Zone, the process of annexing property and construction standards applicable to development.
Signs: Information about obtaining a permit to erect a sign and rules and regulations that govern signage within the city.
Rules, Regulations and Ordinances: The Zoning and Subdivision Codes, Design Standards and other ordinances related to planning, zoning and building construction. |
