For City Development Proposals, click here.

The table below contains information on all subdivision applications requiring a public hearing currently under review in the ETZ. It also includes subdivisions under administrative review that were submitted after August 24, 2007. The City of Las Cruces only processes subdivisions within the ETZ. For zoning and related matters, please consult the Dona Ana County Planning Department.

The "Project Name" column contains a link to a map showing the general location of the proposal. It also includes the development statement submitted by the applicant, which gives an overview of the nature of the development proposal.

The "Petition Type" dictates the review procedure for the proposal, including which body is responsible for final approval. For a description of the review process, click here.

When a development application is scheduled to go before any reviewing body, the meeting date will appear in the "Status" column, along with a link to the staff-prepared packet for that proposal (there are no packets for EDRC). For a calendar of meetings, click here.
