The table below contains information on all development applications currently under review in the City of Las Cruces. It is updated regularly, so please check the list often for cases that may be of interest to you.

The "Project Name" column contains a link to a map showing the general location of the proposal. It also includes the development statement submitted by the applicant, which gives an overview of the nature of the development proposal.

The "Petition Type" dictates the review procedure for the proposal, including which body is responsible for final approval. For a description of the review process, click here.

When a development application is scheduled to go before any reviewing body, the meeting date will appear in the "Status" column, along with a link to the staff-prepared packet for that proposal (there are no packets for DRC). For a calendar of meetings, click here.
