  • Fire Department Responds to Hazardous Material Spill

    The Las Cruces Hazmat Team was dispatched Wednesday May 2, 2012 around noon to the TA Travel Center on Motel Boulevard and found a semi-tractor trailer leaking an unknown substance. After establishing a safety zone, the Hazmat team quickly identified the substance as Dimethyl Sulfoxide and determined there were no immediate threats to the public.
