Branigan Memorial Library is designed to accommodate a variety of public meetings and programs. The following guidelines have been established to govern use of Library meeting rooms. Meeting rooms may be scheduled for the following purposes: - Locally sponsored informational, educational and cultural programs
- Meetings of local civic or non-profit organizations
- Library-sponsored programs
Programs by out-of-town organizations must be co-sponsored by a local group with the approval of the Library Administrator. Library and City of Las Cruces meetings and programs will always receive priority over those of other organizations and may pre-empt previously scheduled non-Library meetings. All meetings or programs must be free and open to the public. Special Equipment Available Please request these items when reserving a room to ensure availability. The Library cannot guarantee items if they have not been reserved in advance
