The Human Resources Department posts all vacant positions, receives applications and resumes and forwards them to the hiring department in which the vacancy exists. The hiring department then completes their selection process.

Employee Benefits are coordinated through the City's Benefits Office within the Human Resources Department.
The EEO/ADA Office is responsible for the investigation of all complaints of discrimination and harassment. This office also functions as the ADA Coordinator for the City, serving as a technical resource and consultant to City departments on ADA compliance, and the main point of contact for all City ADA related issues.
